The much anticipated arrival of ProspectSoft CRM Version 6.00 can be expected in the near future, and there are plenty of reasons to get excited!

• A brand new user interface and dashboard
  The ProspectSoft CRM interface is being updated to reflect Office 2007 themes, to ensure the system remains as easy to use and familiar as possible, while continuing to provide information at your fingertips. A new customisable dashboard system takes this concept further, providing each user with instant access to the very information they need to be most effective. Dashboards are highly configurable and flexible



• New searching functionality
  In Version 6, searching, quite simply could not be easier or more powerful. Users can do one-click quick searches, search across multiple fields, create user-defined searches, and use the report writer to define whole new search forms. This allows powerful and flexible searching, while simultaneously reduce the need for training or support.

• A simpler import process
  The import process now incorporates a wizard-driven import and de-dupe process which simplifies data imports and improves the results. The importer supports CSV data sources as well as direct import from any OBDC data source. Import definitions can also be saved and re-used.

• More Specific Business Solutions
  With Version 6, you can expect even more capable and powerful plug-ins. Plug-ins are already a very popular offering... and with the addition of further developer options in V6, custom and vertical market plug-ins will provide new levels of customisation and specialisation.

• Version 6 incorporates an automated update server, which will aid deployment and management of
  ProspectSoft CRM in the following ways

• Upgrade ProspectSoft CRM automatically
  The automatic process will upgrade ProspectSoft CRM to new versions, including managing the process of updating mobile users and replicating servers

• Deploy and upgrade XML components
  Any XML plug-in applications will be automatically deployed to machines running ProspectSoft CRM and ensure these XML API applications are upgraded automatically

• Deploy database changes
  Database changes (such as adding user defined fields or tables) will be significantly simpler as consultants can create deployment packages containing fields, indexes, forms, reports etc. These packages are then automatically deployed to mobile and remote databases.

Updating your database will now be much simpler with a wizard driven process.
