Communication
is a key, integrated element of the ProspectSoft integrated CRM software package, which
enables users to send and receive information to and from customers
and suppliers and to share that information with co-workers, wherever
they may be located.
Through tight integration with the Microsoft Office suite, out-going
documents can be formatted with the user’s own letter, fax
or email templates. Incoming letters, faxes and e-mails are stored
automatically against the appropriate record in the CRM system.
All documents are accessible to users in the office or on the road
– a unique feature of ProspectSoft eXtreme Mobility.
Information
from all software systems that ProspectSoft integrates with may
also be communicated around the user’s organisation.
Through
CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) ProspectSoft CRM users can
dial any switchboard, DDI or mobile numbers automatically and are
notified automatically who is dialling in.
By
simplifying information access and flow, ProspectSoft CRM becomes
a desktop communications centre for the whole company.
