Integrated CRM Technology - ProspectSoft
ProspectSoft CRM Software System is built upon the world's leading embedded relational database. With some 5 million users worldwide, Sybase SQL Anywhere is a highly proven and robust solution, designed to protect your data and your investment.
Mobile Replication
It is becoming more and more important not only to have good customer intelligence, but to have it where and when you need it. The underlying database for the ProspectSoft CRM software system has data replication built in. This means that ProspectSoft CRM enables the user to operate on multiple sites, and to provide access to mobile users, by replicating transactions to keep the data synchronised. Extensive embedded rules and triggers ensure that the data is kept consistent without the need for any user intervention. In fact, no-one has to set up an update session, it just happens!
The various databases send each other updates through encoded and encrypted emails, in small chunks for rapid delivery. The 'store and forward' method of email delivery means that users can send and receive database updates automatically across a network, dial-up connection or over the Internet, without ever having to interact directly with the main server.
Transaction Rollback
The ProspectSoft CRM software system supports transaction rollback fully which means that if a part of the system (PC, server or network) fails in the middle of an update, the database will automatically rollback to the last confirmed transaction without corrupting data. This prevents half-written database entries and orphaned database links, protects your data and ensures accuracy and consistency.
Network Environments
The ProspectSoft CRM software system clients can be any Windows 2000 and Windows XP workstation. ProspectSoft CRM will also run well on several Windows emulators including those for MacOS and for Linux. The ProspectSoft CRM database engine runs currently on Windows 2000 or Windows 2003 platforms.
PDA and Mobile Phones
ProspectSoft CRM Version 5 runs on Windows Pocket PC 2003®, extending the system's use to many PDAs, including some that incorporate mobile phones. Users may access customer, supplier and contact details in abridged form, if required. Data can be replicated through a cradle linked to a PC, over GSM, GPRS or 3G networks and over Wi-Fi or other Internet connections.
